1.
Contact and initial conversation
Get in touch with us by email or phone. In a short conversation we'll go over the basics:
- fleet availability,
- area of operation and preferred routes,
- expected cooperation model.
2.
Presenting the offer
Based on the conversation, we prepare an individual cooperation offer, tailored to your capabilities and preferences. We set the terms based on:
- the type of vehicles you operate (e.g. standard, refrigerated, mega),
- the routes we'll be running,
- vehicle availability and on-call time.
3.
Document verification
After the initial conversation, we'll ask you to send over a few basic documents:
- NIP, KRS/CEIDG
- Transport licence
- Carrier's liability insurance (OC)
- Vehicle fleet and driver contact details
4.
Confirming the terms
We don't require a formal contract — for many carriers that's an unnecessary barrier. At TBX we believe in a flexible approach and clear arrangements, which we confirm in whatever way suits both sides — by email, by phone, or through our system.
Together we agree on:
- the scope and type of orders,
- settlement terms and payment deadlines,
- how we communicate and pass on orders,
- operational expectations (e.g. reporting, location, readiness to drive).
5.
Start of cooperation — the first order
Once the contract is signed, you can receive your first order. At this stage you stay in constant contact with our operator — we provide support, coordination, and all the information you need so you can focus on what matters most: the delivery.
What's next
After a few jobs together we get to know each other better and decide on the next steps — whether we develop our cooperation into a long-term relationship or stick with occasional orders.
You decide, and we're here to support you.
